Guillaume Pech-Gourg is appointed Group Chief CRM & Digital Marketing Officer. He will report to Arnaud Nourry and be in charge of coordinating the implementation of the Group’s CRM and Digital Marketing strategy, especially through consumer relationship tools, such as imprint online presence, cross-channel CRM platforms or reader data acquisition and engagement. He will work closely on those items with Hachette Book Group, Hachette UK and Hachette España, while keeping his current role in France.
Guillaume Pech-Gourg graduated from ESCP Europe business school. Before joining Hachette, he held various marketing, CRM and e-commerce roles at Universal Music and EMI Music, from 2000 to 2013, based in Paris, then in London. He led EMI Music’s global CRM strategy from 2010 to 2013. He joined Hachette in 2013 and has been running since then Hachette Digital, a special unit dedicated to digital marketing and CRM.
