Stéphanie Ferran joins Hachette Livre As Senior Vice President, Sales Development

Stéphanie Ferran joins Hachette Livre as Senior Vice President, Sales Development. Her mission will be to boost sales across the board. In that capacity, her responsibilities will include Sales France, LDS (Sales to second-tier PoS), distribution subsidiaries in French speaking territories (Belgium, Switzerland and Canada), as well as Hachette Livre International and its own subsidiaries. She will also be in charge of coordinating divisional sales managers.

Stephanie Ferran will join the French Executive Board and will report to Arnaud NOURRY, Chairman and CEO of Hachette Livre.

Her appointment will be effective on 20 november and she will take over from Francis Lang who will be retiring in march 2018.

Born in 1977 Stéphanie Ferran is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and HEC business school. She worked for ten years as a business and corporate strategy consultant with A.T. Kearney. In 2010, she joined Coca-Cola’s French Executive committee as Director- Strategy and Revenue Management, prior to be appointed Director, Field Sales, overseeing a 300-employee-team covering France’s domestic market. In 2015, she was promoted Channel Executive Director for Out-Of-Home Business, a highly strategic business for Coca-Cola. Stéphanie Ferran has been Member of the Board of Directors of a privately-owned company for several years and teaches as Maître de Conférence with Sciences Po Paris.
